Setup and troubleshooting for KaigiFlow on Mac.

What you need

  • A Mac with Apple silicon.
  • A current, supported version of macOS.

Set up capture

  • Grant microphone access when macOS asks.
  • To capture meeting audio from apps like Zoom or Teams, enable the Screen & System Audio Recording permission, then choose Mac system audio as the source.
  • Pick your input language and up to three output languages.

Troubleshooting

No audio is captured

Check that the correct capture source is selected and that the macOS permission for that source is granted.

A speaker is marked as uncertain

Voice matching is assistive. Confirm the speaker manually; KaigiFlow will not guess.

Cloud translation is not returning text

Check your network connection and that a cloud translation option is selected.
