KaigiFlow Terms of Use

KaigiFlow transcribes and translates meetings live on Mac, iPhone and Apple Watch, and helps you review them afterwards. It works:

• on your device;
• with Sangei Cloud;
• with your own AI provider key;
• or, for organisations, on their own server under a separate agreement.

• Keep your sign-in secure. Tell us at support@kaigiflow.com if you think someone else has used it.
• A licence covers up to three devices at a time. You can remove a device in the app to free a place.
• You may not share an account between people.

• Plans, prices and cloud allowances are shown before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Cloud allowances reset each period and do not carry over.
• Purchases through the App Store follow Apple's terms, and Apple handles their billing and refunds.

Your recordings, transcripts, translations and reports are yours.

• You allow us to process them only as needed to provide the features you use, as our Privacy Policy describes.
• We do not use your meeting content to train AI models.

You are responsible for having the right to record and process each meeting. Follow the recording and consent laws that apply to you and to the other participants, and tell participants that KaigiFlow is running. You may not use KaigiFlow:

• to break the law or anyone's rights;
• to record people secretly where that is unlawful;
• to reverse engineer or resell the service;
• to get around its limits or security;
• to overload Sangei Cloud.

• If you use your own AI provider key, your use of that provider is governed by your agreement with them.
• Apple, Stripe and other providers supply parts of the service under their own terms.

• To the extent the law allows, KaigiFlow is provided without warranties beyond those these terms state.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for KaigiFlow in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

• You can stop using KaigiFlow and ask us to delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or where the law requires. Where we can, we will tell you first.
• Sections 7, 9, 12 and 15 continue after the agreement ends.

If you got KaigiFlow from the App Store:

• these terms are between you and Sangei AI, not Apple;
• Apple is not responsible for KaigiFlow or its support;
• Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies;
• Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.

• We will post changed terms on this page with a new date. We will tell you in the app before a change that affects your plan applies.
• If you do not accept a change, you may cancel.
